Kris Foundation has sponsored a number of concerts since its inception. Sharing world-class performances with a wide audience and one’s love for music has been the common stem running through these concerts.

The Music of Nikolai Kapustin III (2014) was the third concert of Nikolai Kapustin’s music by Singaporean pianist Thomas Ang. Our founder, Kris, has followed Thomas’s music journey for a long time and has always been enthralled by his fiery and roaring attitude of the art of music and performance.

Typhoon Haiyan Relief Benefit Concert (2013) was a performance in aid of the devastating typhoon that swept through the Philippines in 2013, held at the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music and organised by faculty member and Filipino pianist Albert Tiu. All proceeds went to the Singapore Red Cross Society and the Philippine Bayanihan Society in Singapore.

Once Upon A Time (2013) was the inaugural concert of “More than Music”, a new series of concerts initiated by Singaporean pianist Abigail Sin and violinist Loh Jun Hong. More than Music is about storytelling and the belief that music has the powerful ability to stir up emotions and pique our imagination. Abigail and Jun Hong are committed to world-class music- making with their belief that the classical music concert experience should be fun, meaningful and about communicating and connecting with people.
